Hi all

When using Pushwoosh if I receive a notification with the app open the handlers NotificationReceivedEvent and NotificationDeepLinkEvent does not trigger. 

I have the Pushwoosh webblock in the LayoutBlank webblock, but that layout is only used when the user logs in, do I have to put it somewhere else?
