OutSystems Agile Platform 4.2 for .NET is now officially discontinued

Dear Community,
 
 
More than two years have passed since the release of the OutSystems Agile Platform 4.2 for .NET on November 4th, 2008. Therefore, under our support and maintenance policies, the OutSystems Agile Platform 4.2 for .NET will be discontinued in 4 months, by September 23rd, 2011.
 
This means that maintenance and update services will become unavailable to customers using the OutSystems Agile Platform 4.2 for .NET or any older version. Technical Support will be greatly reduced, only being able to provide help in basic troubleshooting, and will be unable to provide any hot fixes or new patches.

Since the release of 4.2, additional versions have been launched with great new features such as Business Process Technology, TrueChange on the Fly, IntelliWarpTM, Embedded Tutorials, Themes and Placeholders, Gorgeous Style Guides, Mobile Web Apps, and a lot more! Upgrading will allow you to leverage the new capabilities and keep taking advantage of the OutSystems' Product Support excellence.

Just wanted to leave here a reminder that version 4.2 of the Agile Platform will be discontinued in approximately 2 months, by September 23, 2011.

If you haven’t done so yet, please plan for an upgrade as this means that maintenance and update services will become unavailable for this version. Should you have any questions or comments please don’t hesitate to reply or contact support@outsystems.com.

As previously announced, OutSystems informs that the OutSystems Agile Platform 4.2 for .NET is now officially discontinued. This means that mainstream support and maintenance services are now unavailable to customers using the OutSystems Agile Platform 4.2 for .NET or any older version.
 
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this discontinuation, please don't hesitate in contacting your OutSystems Partner or OutSystems Account Manager.
