Based on the screenshot it is not clear what is changing with each refresh as there is nothing to compare with. 

Could you share a few more details about which values are changing, and what is the expectation.

This may happen because your API data is changing frequently.. As mentioned above, kindly share more details

Please confirm @Aadhavan Shanmugam  comment  cause API data is something that depends on  data source which could be both dynamic or static.
