Structural validation for exel while uploading

Hi All,

I want to do structural validation of exel before uploading it as we have a predefined template. The validation includes

1) Arrangement of tabs order of columns,

2)If any columns deleted

3)Any extra columns added

In short it should match the predefined structure. If any mismatch found, then we should through error and block the upload.
