Service Center - It is environment management console can where user can manage environment specific operations.e.g. Module Publish, Role Management, Environment Properties settings
Lifetime - Centralized console of infrastructure management where user can manage environment, application, IT users & security.
Lifetime is not environment specific it is used to manage all environments, roles are also infrastructure level.
Kindly suggest more diff.

Hope you are doing well.
The main difference is that in Lifetime we can manage application lifecycle from development to deployment. And also architecture dashboard taken all the app data through lifetime.
And we used service center to configuration files and settings which is required to app and also we can monitor our apps. E.g email configuration, database connections and so on.
