Regarding Solution Phase, in which environments should I do hot fixes?

Having Dev, Quality, Pre-Production and Production environments.

Hey Pedro,

I think you can do hot fixes in  Pre-Production   environment so you version will get published without error or you can say it will look like as expected.

Dev->developer can do development and developer unit test,

 Quality->QA can test as per requirement,

 Pre-Production -> if any update which will impact production then it need to fix before production

 Production ->final working version
