So I was scheduling an Outsystems certification exam, and it failed. I did not receive any email and my money was taken.
Support tab didn't seem to have any option for this.

Yes I checked, nothing on the email. That was the error when I tried to Schedule. I will contact that email, thanks!

Payment page, it failed with that error. After that I couldn't finish the schedule.Also I sent the email to training@outsystems.com and still no reply from them. Exam should be at 01:00.
Seems like I am not going to do it today. :(
You can try to open a ticket, Outsystems have 24h * 365 days of support. Normally I open a support ticket for everything.
I went on support tab, but I have no idea where to open the ticket. None of the subjects there seems to fit in this.

I have similar issue, submitted a ticket on Friday, now it's Monday morning, but there is no any response from OS support. How long do think should I wait for an answer from OS support?
My reply was actually pretty fast. And I got another chance to make the exam ago!
I would say for you to submit a new ticket again if in 1 or 2 days you get no response.
