Hi,
How can we Password Protect a PDF generated from Ultimate PDF ?

Is there a way to password protect the output file using this component directly or we need to manually change it in .Net extension ?

Hi Palak,


I don't think Ultimate PDF currently allows you to do that, although it would be a good feature to have.

At this moment, I'd say that before reinventing the wheel and do it yourself, I'd first try the PDF Password Protect forge component, which does exactly what you want.
