What is PDB file and where i can get it on on premise environment

Hi Commnunity,

       I want to scan my application in 3rd party scanner, that application looking for *.PDB file of my application to scan, so where do i get this file acctually and what is it, can anyone help on it.

pdb files is database related (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Program_database).

What scanner did you used and what is the expectation ?

Hi Toto,

   I am using Veracode scanner to scan my application, so when uploading the source code its showing PDB file is missing from that souce code.

Which one do you use ? The Vulnerability Scanner ? or Penetration Test ?

How do you test it ? Uploading the source or put the url ?

From your information above, it seems this scanner detect Outsystems on IIS platform and assume using Microsoft database (I'm not sure_
