Anyone using Userway or Accessibe for ADA/WCAG compliance with OutSystems screens?

These two products are designed to "make any website ADA/WCAG compatible" and automatically provide features for those with disabilities. Does anyone have experience with them on OutSystems screens, or know if they will work? Thanks!
