Just wanted to confirm that if I quit Outsystem, will I own the code or its stays with Outsystems ?

Everything you build with OutSystems is your (or your company's) intellectual property. If you decide to quit with OutSystems, you can take your code with you. But unless you pay for code detachment, you then cannot run your code anymore, as you will no longer have access to the OutSystems runtime.
To add to what Kilian states, the detach code process is only available for paid subscriptions not for your personal environment.
And it is OutSystems, not Outsystem
