I just ran into an issue I haven't reflected over before, since the need hasn't arisen.
Is SSO enabled out of the box between native (in this case Android) mobile apps? I'd like a user to be able to sign in to one OS app, and then be automatically signed in when they open another. I can't get this to work, which I find surprising; I took for granted that SSO should be enabled between native apps as they are in reactive, PWA and traditional.
Note that I'm talking about built-in OS login through the Users module; I'm not using any of the IdP components here.
Hi Dieter,We have launched our Single Sign-On Supported Plugin along with documentation to enable SSO on mobile apps.
Let me check with OutSystems what is the reasoning behind this.
Hi Johan,
According to the documentation, SSO Between App Types is only applicable to Mobile Apps that are distributed as PWAs. So not for Native Mobile Apps.

Nordin
Good share Nordin, but the question was not SSO between App types, but SSO between mobile apps.
Thanks Daniel. I guess that's my bad for not explaining why I shared that documentation.
The goal was to make it clear that SSO for Native Mobile Apps is not available at this point.
We're aware of this limitation for native mobile apps. We are currently working on this and I hope we can share more in the next 3-6 months.
Any update on this feature? We are as well looking into sso between native mobile applications.
