The multilanguage in the core module of our web app then on the homepage works correctly, but on the other pages it does not work even after translating several words and after publishing you cannot see the translation.

Hi Gaetano,

Can you provide more information on how you utilize multi languages? Are you using the out-of-the-box solution of OutSystems: 

Or are you using the MultiLingual Forge component, where you import JSON files with translations?

Also, did you make sure that the current locale of the app is set correctly (as the locale for which you provided translations)? You can do it with the following actions:
