[Advanced Excel] Is format cell locked not working?

i want to make some cells read only and the rest editable like the picture below

and already set the properties of cell format locked to false

but the resulting file still make all cell read only

is this a bug?, or is there any specific requirement beside protected sheet?

Hi,

Use a row write action, give a row number or range along with cell number and set the required condition such as edit or not
