If you. Want put web blocks and screen in one module then better you will create end user module and put there 

_cw is means core widget and usually it takes as blank module so in the blank module if you are taking screen doesn't sound good 

Better in cw keep web block and if you still want to create screen and cw in one then go for the end user module and skip cw

Agree with Akshay.


You should put only core widgets in the _cw, which are related to business concepts. If there is nothing related to business concepts then also can keep in Foundation.
