[Google Analytics Reactive] Universal google analytics will deprecated in July 2023,Please update it for GA-4

Hello,

As Universal GA will not able to collect data after july 2023 and GA-4 only provides MeasurmentId.

We should update this component or need to create another component to integrate GA-4 in outsystems applications.
