BPT Instance not showing in Process Monitoring

Hi experts,

I have a process failing recorded in error logs but the process instance is not appearing in Process monitoring for me to retry the step. This is only happening in one of our environment.

Solution

The process was configured as Light process execution in one of our environment that's why the history is not being recorded in Process Monitoring
