Co-browse - how to support with Outsystems

Hi, we’re looking for co-browse capabilities to provide or to implement on top of Outsystems. 

The requirement is to enable a sales rep to help a customer on their on boarding forms fill up. 

The concept is that whatever is written by the agent, the customer will immediately see on her form, and vice versa. This is not screen sharing but rather a form sharing. 

Any idea how to support this in Reactive web app?

Hi RT3,

I don't believe there is done yet an implementation to support co-browsing in OutSystems.

That said, I googled and found a company that sells a paid API that allows you to integrate co-browser.

You could try to integrate that, there is 14-days trail.

Maybe there are more companies that provide such an API maybe for free, I suggest you google yourself a bit more.
