Sorry haven't replied to this, I contacted the admin to check the configuration. I'm not experiencing the error for now, I don't know what they did but I will open this topic again once I experience it again and share what they did to solve the issue.

I think exchange server doesn't have enough space. You can contact infrastructure team in your organization to check exchange server.
You can also try to send email outside OutSystems from this mailbox that you configured as sender.
Why do you think Exchange server is used?
As there is no more details showing what is used so I tried to think about the issue which I faced similar before while developing application using .Net
I see all kind of assumptions from people trying to help.
Maybe you could share what SMTP server you are using in your Service Center email tab?
