Solution

Hi Abduerhman,

For the mentioned requirment, you need to follow mainly two things..

1) The Variable mapped with the Dropdown widget Variable field must be set to NullIdentifier() or blank value

2) The dropdown widget's Empty Text field must be set with a Default Value
