The Recorder Lib Error (Mobile)

I'm trying to capture a smartphone video (Android) but the below error occurs.
I tried with a Google Pixel 6 Pro, and with a Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro. Both error.

Error: TheRecorder is not defined.

Any suggestions for another way to capture videos on smartphones?
Any demo projects on how to do this?
