Clicking on Try Now gives: "Something seems to be off with the keys in your chatbot component. Please double-check if the keys pasted in Service Studio match the ones in the Azure Portal and retry."

Regarding the Try Now, it's no longer available.
As for the Demo, before using it, it needs to be configured. There's a site property named DirectLineSecret that needs to be filled in and before that, you need a working chatbot.
I recommend having a look at the documentation we have, Create AI-powered chatbots. There are several documents there that you can read.
I did like you said but it's still not working. Please check some screen shoots and help me.
Hi everyone,
I know the post is old, but I didn't find a solution in the forums, and I hope I can help future developers
The exact same thing happened to me, for some reason the application that creates outsystems of the chatbot in azure creates it as a compatible account type:
"Only accounts from this organizational directory (Default Directory only: single tenant)"
In my case I solved it within azure by searching for the created chatbot application > authentication > Compatible account types selecting:
"Accounts in any organizational directory (any Microsoft Entra ID tenant - multi-tenant)"
