Hi Team,
How to check the public ip and Dns of Outsystems Environment. I am trying to consume Api created on the jump server but it is showing an error stating unable to access remote server.
i have checked with the database and the infrastructure team people and they have asked to provide public ip and dns.
Could anyone please help
Hi Saif,
You can find the IP address of a server in Service Center using it's hostname. In SC, go to the tab "Monitoring", then in the sub-menu select the "Environment Health". You will find the hostname(s) of the front end server(s) here:
That that part, put ".outsystemsenterprise.com" behind it and resolve it's IP address using a tool such as DNS Lookup: https://mxtoolbox.com/DnsLookup.aspx
