Can not access the environment after environment was temporarily suspended
Application Type
Mobile, Reactive
Service Studio Version
11.53.8 (Build 60995)

Hello friends.

After I receiving the following email:

"It seems that database usage associated with your OutSystems free public cloud account has stretched to its limit. In order to protect your apps from capacity errors and to maintain a high-quality free offering for all our community, we temporarily suspended this environment. Don’t worry, all of your applications and data are intact, all you need to do is wake your environment up and manage your database usage."

The problem is I can not access any link in the mail (to wake the environment up), or service center or LifeTime, or any application (DBCLeaner vs) that will help me free up .

I keep getting the following error (on more than one browser):

This page isn’t working

personal-0otfch2x.outsystemscloud.com redirected you too many times.

Try clearing your cookies.ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Since I'm in the middle of an important project, any help is highly appreciated.

Hi,

Login to www.outsystems.com using your community account.

Go to https://www.outsystems.com/Portal/Trial_Portal

Click on Personal Environment

There should be a button to wake up your environment.

After the environment is woken up, remove some apps you don't use and make sure that they are actually deleted from the OutSystems database by using DB Cleaner on Steriods.

Regards,

Daniel

Thanks Daniel, but there are no buttons to wake the environment up. Do you think "tech support" can check my environment status?

Hello Oki

I also faced this issue in one of my environments that I rarely used. Please try the below steps -

1. Go To https://www.outsystems.com/Portal/Trial_Portal

2. After scrolling you will have Your infrastructure Block

3. Check the status there once, if you can see the manage click on it. Also, verify the environment URL there
