Getting multiple "Invalid username or password." for SolutionPack_GetPublishMessages

Hi all,

I keep seeing "Invalid username or password." thrown by SolutionPack_GetPublishMessages of ServiceCenter in the logs. Checked the health of all our servers and all is green tried to find where this soap service is getting called but no luck.  Any idea how to investigate further and resolve such issue?
