We have installed the Pipeline Trigger app in to one of our development environments, initially we had issues as we had to install the lifetime sdk. Now the application launches but I am unable to configure it as the "Source Environment" drop down is empty. Other posts suggest it maybe a permissions issue but I am an admin of all environments. I am not seeing any errors relating to the app in the logs so unsure what I am missing?

The Configuration screen gets its information using the LifeTime SDK.
