You need to register from https://www.outsystems.com/certifications/ page for which certification you are trying to take up exam.

Don't go to Prometric website directly. navigate from the above link.

You must first schedule an exam per this page. You will receive an e-mail with all details needed to register. In that e-mail should also be the code you need to enter.

Hello,

Once You will register and book a time slot for your exam, you will receive a confirmation details email,

it will have all the details available, it also have a link which have all the details related to how to launch exam and what information you need to fill.
