Is there a Profession and Expert certification for Reactive Developer like there is for traditional? I can't seem to find any? Do I have to complete other certification first in order to unlock these or something?
I don't think there are any, currently. The certifications listed here are the only ones available.

In the reactive path you have specializations. So far as I know, the "Professional" will be available in the future when we have all the specializations under the reactive path (I think that is missing to be one specialization available), it will be the result of having all of them.
Maybe something had changed, but I believe that is this.

When I filter by reactive web developer I see Architecture Specialist and Security Specialist so maybe I need to complete these first, Ricardo? Not sure which guided path will prepare me for these though? If I've done the react guided path will I have the knowledge to complete these too?

for Security and Architecture specializations you can download the Exam Details of each. It provides you links for the topics you need to study.
