To connect Azure AD with IT users I need a plugin?

I found those solutions but I'm not sure each one should be follow. Someone can help?

Solution

The first one will setup a new OutSystems Platform Infrastructure on Azure.
So it isn't what you wanted.

You need SSO for IT User with Azure AD, and the second one are what you needed.
Though it is Technical Preview and need latest Lifetime and Platform Server and Service Studio.
