requester submit request > coordinator take it and send it to managements >every management review it and take an action approved or reject after all managements actions completed with diff status > coordinator receive this reactions and take final decision approve or reject * Managements action not effect on the request only notify coordinator * coordinator can not take action unless all Managements take its decisions .
