Something happened since yesterday. It seems that all screens and blocks now have padding. Since blocks now have a visual padding of the content it results in screen looking quite weird when using blocks.
I have tested this in different applications both from forge and our own applications. It seems that this problem only exists on Service Studio 11.53.16 (we have tested on 11.53.14 where everything seems normal)
If you want to continue working in the meantime, add the following class to your Theme:

It seems that the latest Service Studio update introduced a bug.
