SEO URLs Module Alias Rules not supported with Reactive Web Apps?
Application Type
Reactive
Platform Version
11.16.1 (Build 36423)

Hi all,

We have recently upgraded our platform version to 11.16.1 in hopes that we would be able to apply rules to the URL for an external facing application.

We have successfully managed to apply site rules, but I need to add rules for module alias's. However in service center, it says that this feature only works for traditional.

Does anyone know if:

a) There is an OutSystems version that supports this for RWA?

b) Is there a work around to rename the module name in the URL without actually changing the module name in service studio?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Asha,

Below is OutSystems documentation with respect to SEO URLS in Reactive Web Apps that should provide you with the much needed information

Hope this helps.

This doesn't explain anything about setting a Module Alias in reactive.

Hi Asha,

The answers to both of your questions is “no”. SEO Module Aliases are currently not supported for Reactive Web Apps and there is no way around that other than changing the module name is SS.

There an idea created for it though so be sure to vote for it:
