I am finding it difficult to understand the use of global exception handler even if we have two exception handlers i.e., user exceptions, All exceptions. Do not send me the links as I have already gone through them.

I don't think I could explain it better than the documentation, so I'm not gonna try.
But I have this tip for you, if you don't understand, make a little demo app trying these things out for yourself. That will create a profound understanding that reading documentation can't.
