Unable to generate IPA/APK in the Distribute Tab in Service Studio, once I click the Distribute Tab, a popup will appear with an error, please refer to the image below.
Is there any configuration we need in order to make this section available in service studio

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, but I figure out the problem, there's a warning in NativeAppBuilder saying that I have pending in Environment settings and need to click the Apply Settings to the Factory, after I click the apply setting I can now access the Distribute Tab already.

Your question is mixed first you talk about Service Studio, then in the last sentence about Service Center.
Your message seems to be a connection issue, maybe it was temporarily?
Do you have colleague OutSystems developers, if so do they experience the same?

My bad the concern is in Service Studio, thanks for the clarification.
As for your question regarding other developers, they also have the same issue when they try to access the Distribute Tab in service studio, also all of our mobile application have this kind of error.
