Couldn't establish a connection. Please, check your internet access - service studio

Hello all,

A few months ago Service Studio did an automatic upgrade which stopped us from being able to connect to our on prem environments using the public load balancer addresses. I have tested this with 2 Service Studio versions: I can connect just fine with version 11.14.7 to my publicly accessible environment but I can't connect using service studio 11.53.19. Did anyone have the same issue?

I am also facing same issue. Even i am not able to open with localhost also. 

Any idea? How did you resolve?

We have same issue, could someone pelase help us. BTW, the service studio and service center was installed on the securezone where we do not have any internet for sure.

Hi Oana Andrei, 

One workaround is to connect directly to the address in the front end. 

In service center, administration select server tab to see the front ends
