For this you can try using Ultimate Pdf forge component.

The steps would be-

1. Install the UltimatePdf forge component

2. Manage dependency and select PrintLayout, ScreenToPdf from PrintLayout flow and OnApplicationReady_UltimatePdf client action as well as ScreenToPdf_OnInitialize event action.

3. Add a screen and choose BlankPdf from screen templates.

4. Customize it the way you want.

5. Go to client actions and add OnApplicationReady system event and call the OnApplicationReady_UltimatePdf in it.

P.S.- You can also add page numbers and customize the pdf as required.
