I have a request need approval, if it's rejected, I need to notify the requester with the reason.
So how can I put a field with Rejection Reason after action Reject?

Hello

You need to define thi at UI level only where You are Rejecting the candidate, there only create a text area to  writhe the reason then create it.

You can  also trigger a mail to user after rejecting an employee.
