In the Simple Reports Reactive component, you have these 5 blocks in the Interface tab:
These are the only things that you have in this component.
What do you want to do with this component?

How you shared the Simple Reports Reactive component I didn't know that exists already a Simple Reports PDF component for the web traditional version.
Maybe that TOC widget is deprecated and doesn't exist for the reactive version.
