At 28 Oct 2022, I have an exam for Associate Traditional Web Developer O11.
But after 3 time check-in failed I couldn't do my exam. I try to contact Prometric for the reason at that time and they told me that I can't communicate well with Supervisor but I'm pretty sure that I did it well and every thing going smoothly.
If possible, I would like to change the test date. Please help me if you have any experience in this situation.
