I opend lifetime and start a new deploy on choisen applications it takes long time and ending deployment stage with status running and not deploying any app
I know that a deployment statge is ending as I can start a new deployment

Could you share deployment logs as well. I think there we can check the reason of this.

there isn't any errors or warnings in log
I think it is stopped in the first step "Retrieving applications from version control "

If the status remains running and the deployment really never finished, you can try this what is suggested in this older post on how to forcibly close a deployment:

but status is still showing "running"
