Our goal is that our different outsystems applications access their different VPCs on the AWS side in such a way that an application has access only to its resources, following the concept of least privilege.
Anyone knows if transit gateway setup let manage routes per project inside my cloud, or is global to all applications?

As far as I know, the AWS Transit Gateway offer that OutSystems has is a Gateway between the OutSystems AWS VPC and your own local on premise environment or your own private VPC.
This configuration is at platform infrastructure level so globally, not per application.
You better asked OutSystems via a support case, or if you have a customer success program with OutSystems you can ask your Technical Success Manager.
