Hi guys. In the platform server, we are unable to delete the users that we have created, Service center shows only Disable option, which can be seen in the attached screenshot.
Hi,
You cannot delete an user, only deactivate. This is that way for audit proposes.
Best regards,
Ricardo Pereira

hope you solve your issue

Hi Nihhhil,
That link is a solution to delete end users, not IT users.
Hello @Madhan C Yes you can delete the users you have created from service center.
You Need to Go in different way.
1. Open Users (https://personal-******.outsystemscloud.com)
(***** you will get it at right bottom of your service studio)
2. Then you will have Users list in front of you.
3. Click on User Name
4. Click on Edit this user
5. Then you will see Delete this user Option.
Regards.
Hi Sanjay,
The users application manage end-users, not the IT users presented in Service center and/or lifetime.
In the case of personal environments, the end user and the it user have the same name, username and password, but they aren't physically the same.
Hi Madhan,
Lifetime users (developer accounts) cannot be deleted, you can set them inactive in Lifetime.
You cannot delete them because it governance of users and their actions need to be auditable.
