Hello everyone,

I'm using Ultimate PDF Traditional version.

I'm trying to make a summary for a report that is divided into a structure of Subject>Subsubject>Question with answer however I need to create an index containing 

Problem I can't generate this at runtime

Ex. Index/Summary

Subject 1 .................Page 1 

      Sub-Subject.......Item A

      Sub-Subject....... Item B, 

Subject 2 .................Page 2 

      Sub-Subject....... Item C,

Subject 3 .................Page 3 

      Sub-Subject....... Item D

I don't see a solution where I do this previously, which I imagine is generated once would map and create the index and update it in a container before starting the list.
