Hi,
I have the need to bulk clone 7 applications consisting of 22 modules to a 7 new applications. I know I can do this one-by-one but this will take me a long time to do if you also include the requirement to update all the references.
Is there a method to clone all applications via script or api while also updating all the references to the cloned applications?

I think there is not any way to do achieve this and you have to do this one by one.

Afaik, It's not possible. Current you can only clone Module, Even one app can't be cloned. You can vote for this Idea bellow.
