Not a code question but a Community question - why wouldn't I be able to tag a friend of mine who has an OutSystems account? I can message them but if I try and tag them in an Idea I created, it shows no results...

I'm also able to tag people.
Are you typing correctly? The user search is creative. For instance, I don't see Daniël Kuhlmann if I type "Daniel" (missing the dots), but I see him if I type "Kulm" (missing the 'h').
