I was scheduled to get Outsystems Certificate today but couldn't get started because the room wasn't eligible and there was a language barrier.
Regarding the language barrier, I didn't understand some of the issues that the examiner presented.
Regarding the exam room, after carefully reading the preparation materials, I proceeded to cover the glass panels in the room with white boards, but the examiner still did not agree to let me take the test.

At the bottom of the certifications page, you can find an extensive FAQ with many questions regarding the process of taking a certification.
In case you don't find the answer there, and to be honest, your situation should not be very common, my best advice would be to open a training support case here.
