We are currently developing in a PaaS environment.
We started development with the Platform Server version set to 11.11.1, but before we knew it, the version had been upgraded to 11.11.2.
Since no one on our team had upgraded the version, we are investigating the cause of this upgrade.
One possible cause is that someone was not aware that the version had been upgraded. Or we believe that either the update was done automatically, or that the update was done during scheduled maintenance.
So we want to know how this update was done.
For example, we would like to know exactly how to check the log of the update etc.
Hi Kimoto,
I don't believe an OutSystems PaaS environment would every be upgraded by OutSystems Support without the knowledge of the customer. It requires an explicit request from the customer by means of creating a support case with a proposed schedule and details of the platform upgrade.
That being said, a quick way to check when a platform upgrade last occurred is going into Service Center >> Factory >> Solutions and reviewing the last published date of the System Components solution. This solution is required to be updated with the new version during a platform upgrade.

Nordin
Problem solved thanks to you.I really really appreciate you.
I would appreciate it if you could help me when something happens again.Thank you bro!!
You're welcome Kimoto.Do you mind sharing how your problem was solved?
Of course if you have a new problem you can always create a new thread. That's what the Forums are for and there are plenty of community members active that can help out. If it happens to be me, I'm happy to help out :).
The problem we were having was that we did not know if anyone had done the upgrade or OutSystems had done it for us, and we did not know when the upgrade had been done.
From your answer, we were able to figure out that the first would have been done by someone on our team, and the second problem was solved by checking the logs in the manner you described so we could see when the update was done.
Thank you again for your help.
