Don't worry. I guess its kind of false alarm. I have received the badge in spite of receiving those kind of emails.
Just register a case in the support just to be on the safer side.
I have received this message on case which I have registered. Like I said it was a false alarm.

A reason for this might be that you did not deploy your apps to the QA stage. Please make sure you did.

Even if you completed the training on the Outsystems page, we did not finish the training.
Every change made stays in development and not in QA, every change must be ensured to update in Q.A. Again as done in PDF 2.5 and follow the same procedures as in the following PDFs in the Q.A. There is a step mentioned where you nee to deploy applications to the QA stage. I guess you might have missed that step earlier.
And yes, we need to deploy applications to the QA stage
I had done that step, however any changes you make must go up the Q.A. again.
I made new changes and did not rise to the Q.A.. (Like my friend too)
