I registered for a test on Associate Reactive Developer O11 but when I took the test, the proproctor software proctor did not allow me to take the test for some reason. They told me to contact Outsystems via email at training@outsystems.com to present and reschedule the exam. But I emailed 5 days ago and still have not received a reply. Is there any way to contact training or someone from outsystems staff who can help me?
I am very afraid that the test will not be rescheduled even though I have not been tested.
