From where and how to see the error stack in Outsystems? please explain step by step.

You need to logon to your service center.
After you login click on Monitoring menu item. You'll see all the errors encountered in your environment in the descending order of the time they occurred.
Click on the Detail link on any of them, you see the error details up there.
The url to access will be https://<YOUR_ENVIRONMENT_URL>/ServiceCenter
